We had a fantastic stay at this hostel in Swansea. The room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a mature couple like us. The shared bathroom and kitchen were clean, and we only had one other person sharing with us during our stay. The location was convenient, with shops, bus stations, restaurants, and a Tesco just a 5-minute walk away. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our overall experience great. We will definitely book here again when we visit family in the area.
The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety and options.

Our room at Neon 160 was spotlessly clean, with fresh bedding and towels. Despite some minor inconveniences, such as the lack of a TV and difficult access to the property, the room itself was comfortable and adequate for a short stay. The staff member on the phone was patient and helpful, trying their best to address my concerns. I would recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly option in Swansea.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed. The self check-in process was convenient, allowing us to easily settle in. The central location made it easy for us to explore the city and catch the bus.
The door in our room did not have a knob, which made it difficult to lock from the inside. Additionally, the rug in the room was not clean.

They were able to assist me with the entrance procedure and provided clear instructions, which was a relief after a long day of traveling. the bed was very comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep before my meetings the next day.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Neon 160. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from bus and train stations, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The self check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the information provided was clear and helpful. The room itself was spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The WiFi worked well and I appreciated having access to a well-equipped kitchen. The shower was clean and the communal areas were well-maintained. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel offered disabled access, making it inclusive for all guests.
Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as noisy doors and thin walls, these did not significantly impact my overall experience. I also found the bedding to be a bit worn and the mattress could have been more comfortable.

The room at Neon 160 was lovely, comfortable, and warm. The shared bathroom and kitchen were clean, and the fact that there were only a few people sharing made it a great experience for my partner and me. The location was also a plus, with shops, bus station, restaurants, and a Tesco just a 5-minute walk away. we had a great experience as a mature couple and would definitely book this hostel again when visiting family.
One drawback we experienced was the difficulty in getting into the hostel due to the lack of staff. However, as long as you read your emails, it's quite straightforward, especially for younger people.
